Strawberry macaron shells, milk powder macaron shells and Russian buttercream to recreate the flavours of strawberry milk.

My first ever wedding cake! This is a 3-tiered cake (with only the top tier made of real cake).

Made 3 different pies for Pi Day - mango coconut cream pie, miso apple pie and yuzu meringue pie.

Heart-shaped chocolate cake made with dark cocoa powder and topped with white chocolate lettering.

Macarons made to look like everything bagels. Filled with cream cheese frosting.
