A summary of my 2024 Holiday Cookie Box lineup!

I made mushroom meringue cookies! Five different types - enoki, portobello, king oyster, button and cremini.

Ispahan macarons filled with lychee rose white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam.

Cookies topped with bolo bao (pineapple bun) crust and turned into ice cream sandwiches with roasted oolong milk tea ice cream.

Maria tea biscuits but with a fun twist - each face represents a family member or friend :)

Strawberry cheesecake but in a cookie! Each cookie filled with delicious cream cheese.

My first ever macaron cube cake made up of green macarons with dark chocolate ganache filling.
