Dobos Torte

Here’s my modern take on a dobos torte!

I used my favourite sponge cake recipe, chocolate frosting and ganache. Plus, I learned new tricks with caramel tuiles and caramel "glass." Combine your faves, and you get a 👏 damn 👏 good 👏 cake.
