Trillionaire’s Shortbread

After seeing this viral Dubai chocolate all over my social feeds I had to try it. There’s actually very few places in Vancouver that are selling Dubai chocolate so I thought I’d try to make it myself, but in a cookie bar format.

This is my take on Millionaire’s Shortbread with almost all elements being homemade!
