Ispahan Macarons
Attempted to recreate Pierre Hermé's iconic ispahan macaron with pink ombre shells, lychee rose white chocolate ganache, and raspberry jam. Dex loved them, comparing them to Peak Freans Fruit Cremes, but I felt the lychee and rose flavours were too subtle. I'll keep refining until I capture at least 70% of that Pierre Hermé magic.
