Kim’s Wicked Birthday Cake

For my friend Kim’s birthday the request was a matcha cake so I decided to make a vintage heart-shaped cake (‘cause it’s been a hot minute since I’ve made one) and then after looking at this green heart cake and knowing that we were going to see Wicked for her birthday celebration I couldn’t help but add some pops of pink to it.

I added these little pink flowers and flower petals to complete the look and I have to say this might be one of the prettiest cakes I’ve made this year. As they said in the movie, pink goes good with green.
