Chinese Bakery Buns

I have core memories tied to these treats—like grabbing a fresh bolo bao from T&T on my way to work, devouring egg tarts at dim sum, or relishing hot dog buns from Bake Code in Toronto.

This bake celebrated my favourite Chinese baked goods. I made pineapple buns, coconut buns, hot dog buns and egg tarts!
