Matcha Tres Leches Cake

My first attempt at a tres leches cake. I made a matcha sponge, stabilized matcha whipped cream (using a silicone mold for the design), and topped it with strawberries.

It looked great on camera, but the taste was a miss. The cake ended up dense, and the milk soak didn’t fully penetrate, leaving some dry spots. I’ll definitely try a different recipe next time. For this attempt, I’d rate it a B+.
