Kimchi Scallion Focaccia

I made kimchi scallion focaccia!

This bread packs the spicy, savoury flavour of kimchi pancakes with the fluffy texture of focaccia. It's made with gochujang, kimchi juice, kimchi, scallions, and sesame seeds. Next time, I’ll try adding a dipping sauce for a touch of sweetness, since I love that sweet and spicy combo.
