Chocoflan
First item checked off my 2025 baking bucket list: CHOCOFLAN!
After wanting to make this dessert for two years, I finally did it for my friend's 31st birthday. She loves chocolate and flan, and we had a big group to feed.
Making chocoflan is surprisingly simple if you trust the process! The creamy flan on top pairs perfectly with the moist chocolate cake below, all finished with dulce de leche—so delicious!
I couldn’t find traditional cajeta for the recipe, but I’ll definitely make it again once I get some!
