Brooklyn Blackout Cake

Pudding should be the go-to filling for chocolate cakes! This is honestly the best chocolate cake I've ever had—so moist, decadent, and rich that I felt like I entered chocolate heaven! 😇

For the design, I wanted to pay tribute to Brooklyn/New York architecture. It was meant to resemble a cast iron-style building, but I had to simplify due to limited piping space. Next time, I’d add little hedges or trees from cake crumbs to stay true to the original blackout cake.

I think I just discovered my new favourite chocolate cake!
