Milk Tea Entremet

I made a stunning milk tea entremet cake for my friend's birthday last week, and I'm obsessed with it!

The cake features 10 different elements:

1. Genoise sponge

2. Coffee cremeux

3. Vanilla bean cremeux

4. Milk tea mousse

5. Dark chocolate mirror glaze

6. Crushed tea biscuits

7. Black tea macarons

8. White chocolate ganache

9. Mascarpone-black tea whipped cream

10. White chocolate planks

As much as I loved creating this masterpiece, I think I’ll take a long break before my next entremet! 😅
