For Pi Day 2024, I present to you my "Invisible Pie"!

Inspired by a random YouTube find, I discovered various versions of this clear pie creation and here’s my take on it.

Components:

  • Pâte sucrée shell

  • Yuzu pie filling

  • Whipped cream

  • Candied lemon slices

Honestly, I was a bit scared to try it, but I was pleasantly surprised—the jello texture paired with the crumbly tart shell actually worked. The filing could've used more flavour; I was too cautious with the yuzu extract. Combined with the candied lemon, it tastes like a lemon jello pie 🍋.
